Csoportunk tulajdonkezelõ cége, a mai napon ingatlant vásárolt Budapest üzleti központjában, amely a YOPPI székhelye lesz Magyarországon. A projektbe befektetett tõke meghaladja a 140 millió HUF összeget.
Az új ingatlan, amely a Váci út legelõkelõbb részén fekszik, iroda- és raktárhelyiségekböl áll, 1.300 nm területen. Az épületek felújitása 30 napon belül megtörténik, hogy már decemberben a kereskedelmi és technikai osztályunkat fogadja.
Az új irodaház értékesítési valamint franchise üzemeltetési-training központ lesz Magyarországon.

Our group's property management company bought today a real estate property in the center of Budapest business area, which will serve as YOPPI's Hungarian headquarters. The investment involved in the full project is over 140 Million HUF (580.000 USD).
The new property, located just near the best part of Váci út, includes several office & stock buildings on a lot of 1.300 square meters. The buildings are going to be lightly renovated in 30 days, to accommodate in December all our commercial and technical departments.
The new property will serve as headquarters for Hungarian equipment sales, as well as training center for franchise operations.

La societa' di gestione immobiliare del nostro gruppo ha formalizzato oggi l'acquisto di un complesso nel centro del distretto commerciale di Budapest, che sara' destinato a sede della YOPPI. L'investimento globale destinato al progetto ammonta ad oltre 140 milioni di HUF (circa 560.000 EUR / euro, equivalenti a quasi un miliardo e cento milioni di LIT).
La nuova proprieta', situata nelle immediate vicinanze della miglior parte della importante Váci út, consiste di vari edifici adibiti ad uffici e magazzini su un totale di 1.300 metri quadri. Gli edifici saranno sottoposti a un leggero lifting in 30 giorni, in modo da accogliere in dicembre tutti i settori commerciali e tecnici.
I nuovi edifici saranno destinati alla sede principale delle vendite in Ungheria, oltre che a centro di istruzione per le operazioni di franchising.
