Contact: Michele OrzanLa nostra società ha intenzione di acquistare uno o più immobili in grado di soddisfare le esigenze determinate dalla crescita e dallo sviluppo costante delle attività.
Le esigenze sono:
- da 300 a 1.000 metri quadri coperti, su un area di almeno 500 metri quadri- in parte uffici e in parte magazzino leggero (non servono altezze interne particolari: l'altezza interna da ufficio va bene)
- situati nel 13. distretto (saranno prese in esame anche altre localizzazioni)
Our company is looking for more office & light stock buildings to buy in Budapest.
They should be:
- from 300 to 1.000 sqm covered, on a lot of min. 500 sqm- partly office, partly light stock (there's no need for a special height of the stock, normal office height is enough)
- located in the 13th district (other similar locations can also be considered)
