How can we get a machine free of charge?

Our representatives and partner operating companies will locate free of charge a vending machine in your office/company: they just need a turnover of 70 coffees/day at least.

What if our machine doesn't work?

We kindly ask you to call our service department: our representatives will fill and/or repair the machine as soon as possible. If you are not fully satisfied, please write directly to:

Why some machines do not give change?

Some low-turnover machines do not have change-giving coin acceptor. This equipment is very expensive (about 700 EUR), that's why it can be used in machines with a very large turnover only. Besides, change-giving coin acceptors are more often subject to coin jams and malfunctions, being constructed with delicate mechanical parts.

How can I start the business of operating vending machines?

A ) If you're really interested in becoming a vending professional, with big growing possibilities and strategic alliances, the best way is to enter the franchise network.
B ) If you want to operate just few machines, there are buying, leasing & renting possibilities. YOPPI provides best equipment, products (drink instant powders) and service to hundreds of satisfied operators in many European countries.
C ) You may also start with a very small investment with few MiniBar tabletop machines.

I have a shop in a business center (shopping mall) or another highly frequented place. Can I make business with a YOPPI vending machine here?

YOPPI or any of his partners or franchisees will install one or more machines in your premises: you will be paid commission based on sales figures, without any investment.
