Our Mission

We are committed to provide the best vending services the customer can have.

Our History

YOPPI started in Hungary in 1994, founded by experts coming from our mother company (headquarters in Gorizia, Italy).
Despite it's late starting of operation here, Yoppi rapidly became the first company in Hungary by number of vending machines sold / rented.

The Future

YOPPI is starting its franchise network in Hungary following headquarters' guidelines. The main franchisees will have their exclusive areas, and will operate vending services as well as equipment sales.
There is a professional team based both in Budapest and in Italy, responsible for franchisee's preparation and training, as well for their constant support.
Besides, the Export department is building an international network of Exclusive Agents and Resellers of the main Italian vending machines producers.

The Management

YOPPI's general manager is Tekla Koncz. Born in 1971, she majored at Külkereskedelmi Fõiskola, specializing in foreign trade. Her working experience include Coca-Cola (Italy), Logosystem (Italy) and consulting to some other Italian companies. She has strong skills in human management and sales, making her very successful in all company activities. Mrs. Koncz speaks Hungarian, English and Italian, and loves all sports (especially water-ski, windsurf, snowboard). During the summer she is often fast running along the Danube with her powerful motorboat.

The other manager is Dr. Michele Orzan. Italian citizen, he is responsible for strategic plans and new projects development. He majored at Trieste University and studied also in United States of America, Spain, Slovenia and Taiwan. He is vice-president of the Italian-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, and keeps posts in many other institutions in Hungary and Italy. He is the publishing director of the bilingual economic quarterly "Il Fiorino". A former lieutenant of the Italian army, Michele Orzan speaks English, Italian, Slovenian, Spanish, Hungarian, and he's now learning Russian. He likes waterski, snowboard and squash, and he's planning to start again jumping from planes with his parachute.

Day by day operations are managed by:
- István Kálmánházi (development manager)
- Márta Dózsa (office manager)
- Alexandra Popovics (export department)
and 31 other full-time employees and agents.

Every staff member is strongly customer oriented and highly trained, making YOPPI different and more successful than other companies in this field.
